STD MFG 1911DM 45ACP 5 DAMASCUS STEEL

Description

Standard Manufacturing is proud to announce the new full Damascus 1911. Using techniques dating back many centuries to medieval times the frame and slide are hand forged by old-world artisans to make a chain pattern Damascus. The Master Gunsmiths at Standard Manufacturing then take the Damascus blocks and make each 1911 individually. The Standard Manufacturing Damascus 1911 requires many labor-intensive hours of polishing stoning and fitting which only the most experienced gunsmiths can accomplish; as such very few gunmakers in the world have the capability or craftsmen to make a gun of this level. Due to the amount of labor and time required to make each Damascus 1911 we anticipate a great deal of demand for this limited production model. – Specifications – Chain Pattern 4140 Carbon Steel Damascus Frame and Slide – 5 inch Stainless Steel Match Grade Barrel with Match Bushing – Lowered and Flared Ejection Port and Rear Slide Serrations – High Profile Low-Mount Tactical Sights – Enhanced Slide to Frame Fit – Up-swept Beavertail Grip Safety and Extended Magazine Release – Checkered Mainspring Housing – Fully Machined Extended Tactical Thumb Safety and Slide Stop – Medium Solid Match Grade Trigger with 4.5 lb Trigger Pull – Enhanced Machined Hammer – Extra Fancy American Black Walnut Grips
