Swampland Trading Co. – Refund Policy

At Swampland Trading Co., customer satisfaction and legal compliance are top priorities. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

General Merchandise Returns

• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• All such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Firearms

• All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

• A firearm that has not yet been transferred may be returned within 14 days of purchase, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping.

• Returns will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Swampland Trading Co.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected], or call 337-552-2139 with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Swampland Trading Co. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
